Returns (all items except Surfboards)
If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with, you can return your unused item with proof of purchase in the same condition you received it, within 30 days and we will happily exchange or refund the item.
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to us within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. Please email us on email@example.com or phone (02) 4268 5387.
We do not accept the following items for exchange or refund:
- sale items
- items not in original packaging (unless deemed faulty)
- items that have been worn or used
- items purchased more than 30 days ago
- gift vouchers
We are also happy to ship exchanged item/s back to you for free, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We highly recommend you return your item/s to us by insured, registered post because DP Surfboards is not liable for any lost return parcels.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your request for a refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Credits may take a number of days to process before they appear on your statement. If you haven’t received your credit after 7 days and have contacted your bank and/or credit card company, please contact us on email@example.com or phone (02) 4268 5387.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please take careful consideration when purchasing surfboards from DP Surfboards as we do not refund or exchange due to change of heart. We understand that inpidual circumstances can vary, so first contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (02) 4268 5387 to discuss your situation.
DP Surfboards will happily exchange your surfboard/s if you do not receive what you ordered (for example, you ordered a 6'1 and you receive a 6'3) and adhere to the below terms:
- within 30 days from invoice date
- return the board with proof of purchase (ie. copy of the invoice / return form, enclosed when you received the goods or via email originally)
- with the surfboard in the same condition as wen you received it.
- board sent back in the wrapping it was sent to you in, with any fins enclosed.
Surfboards may be difficult to ship, so please contact us for help.
Once a surfboard is attempted to be used, this will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter. Surfboards are not warranted against breakage from use.
