Surfboard Size Guide

The length, width and thickness of a surfboard (as well as a couple of other factors) all contribute to the board's overall volume, which is the best single unit for measuring a board.

The right volume for you will depend upon your weight and surfing ability. Advanced surfers require less volume, where beginners need more volume for buoyancy and stability.

Below are the recommended surfboard volumes (in litres) for intermediate and advanced surfers.
